What sizes do your bandanas come in?+
Our bandanas come in XS, S, M, L, and XL. XS fits necks 8–10 inches (toy breeds), S fits 10–13 inches, M fits 13–16 inches, L fits 16–20 inches, and XL fits 20–24 inches. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Are the bandanas reversible?+
Yes! Most t.Freedom bandanas are reversible — each bandana has two different prints so you get two looks in one. Flip it over to change up the style.
How do the snap closures work?+
Our bandanas use snap closures that fasten around your dog's collar or neck. Snap the bandana on, adjust position, and you're done. No tying required.
How do I wash my bandana?+
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. The fabric holds up well to regular washing.
How does the AI virtual try-on work?+
Upload a photo of your pet on the Try-On page, select a bandana from the catalog, and our AI will generate a preview of how it looks on your dog. It's a fun way to see a bandana before you buy.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship within 3–5 business days since each item is handmade. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days via USPS. You'll receive tracking by email.
Can I return or exchange my order?+
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Email thetuckerfreedom@gmail.com with your order number to start the process.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
